CNA Learning Center

Registering for the CNA course is a 3-step process:

Step 1: Contact Cheri to verify there is still space in the class you want to enroll in.

Step 2: Fill out the registration form below. You can either submit the form online or print the form and mail it with your deposit. Contact me for information on where to mail your registration form and deposit.

Step 3: Pay your non-refundable $50 deposit online via paypal or mail in a money order. Contact me for the address if you are going to pay by mail, personal checks are not accepted.

The remainder of your class fee, $250, is non-refundable and due on your first day of class. You can bring a cash or a money order to class, or you can pay this fee online prior to coming to class.
